International Plc. held its 54th Annual General Meeting of Shareowners 2019 on 22 April 2019 during which a resolution was passed to approve annual dividend payment for 2018 at 1.21 Baht per share, amounting to a total sum of 351,666,813.30 Baht, with the Dividend Payment Date set for Tuesday 21 May 2019 based on the Record Date of Friday 3 May 2019.
