International Plc. announced its notification of the Record Date for shareowners eligible to attend the 55th Annual General Meeting of 2020 set for Monday 3 August 2020.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; In addition, the Company announced the Record Date for shareowners eligible to receive dividend set for&nbsp; Wednesday 22 April 2020.
