         I.C.C. International Plc.  held its 60th Annual General Meeting 2025 on 28 April 2025 during which a resolution was passed to approve annual dividend payment for 2024 at 1.00 Baht per share, amounting to a total sum of 365,000,000.- Baht, with the Dividend Payment Date of Tuesday 27 May 2025.
\n          The Company recorded the AGM proceedings as video, ready for dissemination to interested shareowners.<\/h4>\n
