         I.C.C. International Plc.  held its 61st Annual General Meeting 2026 on 27 April 2026 during which a resolution was passed to approve annual dividend payment for 2025 at 0.70 Baht per share, amounting to a total sum of 350,000,000.- Baht, with the Dividend Payment Date of Tuesday 26 May 2026.
\n          The Company recorded the AGM proceedings as video, ready for dissemination to interested shareowners.<\/h4>\n
