Notification the date of the 2020 Annual General Meeting and the record date for shareowners entitled to attend the meeting and acknowledge the payment of 2019 interim dividend

          I.C.C. International Plc. announced its notification of the Record Date for shareowners eligible to attend the 55th Annual General Meeting of 2020 set for Monday 3 August 2020.
          In addition, the Company announced the Record Date for shareowners eligible to receive dividend set for  Wednesday 22 April 2020. The payment of interim dividend was already made on Thursday 7 May 2020 and the Borad of Directors will not consider any other dividend payment fo 2019.
