Notification the date of the 2020 Annual General Meeting and the record date for shareowners entitled to attend the meeting and acknowledge the payment of 2019 interim dividend

          I.C.C. International Plc. announced its notification of the Record Date for shareowners eligible to attend the 55th Annual General Meeting of 2020 set for Monday 3 August 2020.
          In addition, the Company announced the Record Date for shareowners eligible to receive dividend set for  Wednesday 22 April 2020. The payment of interim dividend was already made on Thursday 7 May 2020 and the Borad of Directors will not consider any other dividend payment fo 2019.

Adjournment of the Annual General Meeting 2020
and the payment of the interim dividends

8 April 2020

          Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Company would like to adjourn the 55^th  Annual General Meeting 2020 indefinitely by cancelling the schedule which was planned to be held on April 22, 2020.  When the situation become relieved and appropriate, the Board of Directors will redetermine the date and agenda of Annual General Meeting 2020.
           And approve the interim dividends for  the operation period of January 1 to December 31, 2019 at the rate of 0.70 Baht per share, with 290,633,730 shares, amounting 203,443,611 Baht in total. The date of payment will be on May 7, 2020. Consequently, the Board of Directors will not consider the payment of 2019 dividends anew.

The 52nd Shareowners AGM of 2017 on 24 April 2017
and announcement of Dividend Payment Date set for 23 May 2017

         I.C.C. International Plc.  held its 52nd Annual General Meeting of Shareowners 2017 on 24 April 2017 during which a resolution was passed to approve annual dividend payment for 2016 at 1.15 Baht per share, amounting to a total sum of 334,228,789.50 Baht, with the Dividend Payment Date set for Tuesday 23 May 2017 based on the Record Date of Wednesday 3 May 2017 and the Book Closing Date of Thursday 4 May 2017.

ICC received rating of “very good” in the 2016 Corporate Governance Assessment

          I.C.C. International Plc. received a rating of “very good” in the Corporate Governance Assessment of Public Listed Companies by the Thai Institute of Directors, supported by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

ICC became a certified member of the Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC)

        I.C.C. International Plc. received its certification of membership of the Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) from the Thai CAC Council, accrediting the Company, through a self-assessment process, for havฺinฺg policies and procedures as well as measures against corruption in place within the organization in accordance with the requirements and standard set by the CAC.  Mr. Thamarat Chokwatana, President and Vice Executive Chairman, represented the Company in accepting the award at Thailand’s 7^th National Conference on Collective Action Against Corruption on 18 October 2016.
         Receiving this certification reflects the Company’s commitment to being part of creating a benevolent Thai society, devoid of fraud and corruption.

Special Lecture on “Corporate Governance Code”

         Icc International Plc. and the Saha Group Companies were honored to welcome Mr. Rapee Sucharitakul, the Secretary-General of the SEC, Thailand, lecturing on “Corporate Governance Code” to the executive directors of Saha Group companies on Friday 7th October, 2016, 13:30 – 15:30 at Phuttaraksa Conference Room, 6th Floor, I.C.C. International Plc.
        This special lecture enabled the Executive Directors of the Saha Group to learn and understand the framework for good governance, operate responsibly within society and the environment. This can all be applied for the purposes of sustainably creating value for businesses.

ICC received Investors’ Choice Award 2016

         I.C.C. International Plc. received the 2016 Investors’ Choice Award based on full marks earned in the 2016 AGM Quality Assessment with total score of 100, is classified at “Excellence and Exemplary” level for 8 years consecutively with Mr. Somphol Chaisiriroj, Director, accepting the award on behalf of the Company.  This award reflects ICC’s position as a public listed company which places importance on equitable shareowners’ rights as well as disclosure of information, resulting in wide and continuous acceptance by shareowners and investors.
        The award presentation was organized by Thai Investors Association on 27 July 2016 at the Sukri Kaewcharoen Conference Hall, Stock Exchange of Thailand Building.
