The 55th Shareowners AGM of 2020 on 3 August 2020 and the payment of the interim dividends3 August 2020 I.C.C. International Plc. held its 55th Annual General Meeting of Shareowners 2020 on 3 August 2020 and the payment of the interim dividends for 2019 at 0.70 Baht per share, amounting to a total sum of 203,443,611.- Baht, with the payment of interim dividend was already made on May 7, 2020 and the Board of Directors will not consider any other dividend payment for 2019.
