Notification of Record Date for Shareowners eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting and right to receive dividend

          I.C.C. International Plc. announced its notification of the Record Date for shareowners eligible to attend the 57th Annual General Meeting of 2022 set for Monday 25 April 2022.
          In addition, the Company announced the Record Date for shareowners eligible to receive dividend set for  Thursday 5 May 2022 and dividend payment date set for Tuesday 24 May 2022.
