Notification of Record Date for Shareowners eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting and right to receive dividend

          I.C.C. International Plc. announced its notification of the Record Date for shareowners eligible to attend the 60th Annual General Meeting of 2025 set for Monday 28 April 2025. The Record Date  is set for Manday  22,April  2025 
          In addition, the Company announced the Record Date for shareowners eligible to receive dividend set for Thursday 8 May 2025 and dividend payment date set for Tuesday 27 May 2025.
