Special Lecture on “Corporate Governance Code”

         Icc International Plc. and the Saha Group Companies were honored to welcome Mr. Rapee Sucharitakul, the Secretary-General of the SEC, Thailand, lecturing on “Corporate Governance Code” to the executive directors of Saha Group companies on Friday 7th October, 2016, 13:30 – 15:30 at Phuttaraksa Conference Room, 6th Floor, I.C.C. International Plc.
        This special lecture enabled the Executive Directors of the Saha Group to learn and understand the framework for good governance, operate responsibly within society and the environment. This can all be applied for the purposes of sustainably creating value for businesses.
