Reiteration of opportunity for shareowners to propose agenda items and/oฺr nominate candidates for consideration and election to the Board of Directors

        I.C.C. International Plc. provided the opportunity for shareowners to propose matters for inclusion on the meeting agenda and/oฺr nominate candidates for consideration and election to the Board of Directors in advance of the 52nd Annual General Meeting of Shareowners 2017 in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, during 1 – 30 December 2016.
        Regulations and criteria pertaining to shareowners’ right to propose matters for inclusion on the meeting agenda and/oฺr nominate candidates for consideration and election to the Board of Directors in the 52nd Annual General Meeting of Shareowners 2017.
