Notification of Record Date for Shareowners eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting and right to receive dividend

          I.C.C. International Plc. announced its notification of the Record Date for shareowners eligible to attend the 58th Annual General Meeting of 2023 set for Monday 24 April 2023.
          In addition, the Company announced the Record Date for shareowners eligible to receive dividend set for Monday 8 May 2023 and dividend payment date set for Tuesday 23 May 2023.
