Notification of Record Date for Shareowners eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareowners and right to receive dividend

International Plc. announced its notification of the Record Date for shareowners eligible to attend the 52nd Annual General Meeting of 2017 set for Thursday 16 March 2017 and period of compilation of shareowners’ list in accordance with Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Commission Act with the Book Closing date set for Friday 17 March 2017.
          In addition, the Company announced the Record Date for shareowners eligible to receive dividend set for Wednesday 3 May 2017 and period of compilation of shareowners’ list in accordance with Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Commission Act with the Book Closing date set for Thursday 4 May 2017 and dividend payment date set for Tuesday 23 May 2017.
