The 51st Shareowners AGM of 2016 on 25 April 2016 and announced Dividend Payment Date set for 24 May 2016

           I.C.C. International Plc. held its 51st Annual General Meeting of Shareowners 2016 on 25 April 2016 during which a resolution was passed to approve annual dividend payment for 2015 at 1.05 Baht per share, amounting to a total sum of 305,165,416.50 Baht, with the Dividend Payment Date set for Tuesday 24 May 2016 based on the Record Date of Wednesday 4 May 2016 and the Book Closing Date of Monday 9 May 2016.
