International Plc. held its 52nd Annual General Meeting of Shareowners 2017 on 24 April 2017 during which a resolution was passed to approve annual dividend payment for 2016 at 1.15 Baht per share, amounting to a total sum of 334,228,789.50 Baht, with the Dividend Payment Date set for Tuesday 23 May 2017 based on the Record Date of Wednesday 3 May 2017 and the Book Closing Date of Thursday 4 May 2017.
