International Plc. held its 53rd Annual General Meeting of Shareowners 2018 on 23 April 2018 during which a resolution was passed to approve annual dividend payment for 2017 at 1.10 Baht per share, amounting to a total sum of 319,697,103 Baht, with the Dividend Payment Date set for Tuesday 22 May 2018 based on the Record Date of Thursday 3 May 2018.
