Notification of Record Date for Shareowners eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting and right to receive dividend

          I.C.C. International Plc. announced its notification of the Record Date for shareowners eligible to attend the 61st Annual General Meeting of 2026 set for Monday 27 April 2026. The Record Date  is set for Wednesday 11, March  2026  

          In addition, the Company announced the Record Date for shareowners eligible to receive dividend set for Friday 8 May 2026 and dividend payment date set for Tuesday 26 May 2026.
